Dues
Membership in AAUW is available to graduates holding an associate or equivalent, baccalaureate, or higher degree from a qualified educational institution. Annual dues are $69, which includes $49 for national dues, $10 for the state division and $10 for the Bath-Brunswick Branch. The membership year runs form July 1 to June 30. Please pay dues by June 30. Dues are not tax deductible unless considered a necessary business expense.
Newsletter
Members receive a local branch newsletter each month by U.S mail or e-mail. The newsletter highlights news, meetings, and opportunities for service and learning. Information and articles should be submitted no later that the date of the monthly board meeting. Members also receive The Dawnbreaker, the Maine AAUW quarterly newsletter.
Meetings
The Bath-Brunswick Branch holds monthly meetings September to May. The Maine Division usually holds a fall workshop and a spring convention that rotates among the division branches. The New England Region holds a convention in alternate years to the biennial National Association Convention. All members are encouraged to attend.
