The Brunswick Pesticide Watch's (BPW) mission is to reduce and eliminate the use of chemical pesticides within our community in order to protect our health, our drinking water, and our environment.

BPW supports the current ban on institutional pesticide use in the public drinking water supply aquifer protection zone.

Our goal is to educate residents, businesses, schools, and municipal officials about the dangers of pesticides and to promote the use of non-chemical organic alternative practices and products.

The four main issues that BPW strives to address:

  1. Safety of children
  2. Safety of the water aquifer
  3. Safety of the ground water
  4. Safety of other bodies of water
