Mystery Picture: Here's the answer

Information about the picture.

This post card shows an area on the northern end of Orr's Island looking northeast from the top of Seymores Hill (or Tower Hill). The house at the extreme right of the photo is the old Wilson Farm now named Dogpatch Farm. The Bayview road is at the top center and Reed Cove is at the bottom of the hill on the left. The large building at the bottom to the hill is the old Wilson Ice House which sat just north of the Main Road. This photo does not show Wilson's Pond. At the time the photo was taken the pond was only flooded in the fall when a gate in a small dam was closed and water backed up to form the ice pond. In the spring the pond was drained and became pasture land.
